6. Where and on what day are the live sessions? Our sessions are every Thursday from February to May of each year. We tape either one time a day at 2:00 PM EST or at 11:00 am and 2:00 pm on Thursday. We also host special evening events. Our very popular "Mommy Jammie Night" is always a hit. During each session we have a chat room feature. integrity. Our speakers and vendors are giving hundreds of dollars in

friends). We would love to have them join us. 8. What is RSS? RSS is a
fairly new online technology that enables you to subscribe to the “feed”
from our websites and receive the information directly into your computer
as it is available. Similar to the way you would subscribe to a magazine.
It comes to your mail box. With RSS feed, you can subscribe to a website
offering subscriptions and receive their posts directly into your
computer. We have RSS feed for our audios that can be received
using a program like iTunes. iTunes is free online. I love it! Simply add
the feed URL directly into your itunes and within minutes your entire
audio conference will download onto your computer. Yes, it is that simple.
If you do not have itunes we suggest you download it for free.
http://www.iTunes.com. Our Membership Site contains
step-by-step information for setting up our feed in your iTunes. You don’t
have to have an iPod, you can receive the audios by feed in your computer.
If you do have an iPod (or get one!), you can simply plug it up to your
computer and the audios download from iTunes into your iPod automatically.
Talk about easy! You would be ready in minutes to carry our Expo
on-the-go! Take us along on a walk, to the park, anywhere. For at least one year. In the past we have left up our sites indefinitely, but that takes up a tremendous amount of server space. I really encourage you to download the information onto your computer. If you can save it on a backup drive that would help. However, there are a few offers that expire from our sponsors such as coupon codes and discounts. This is a very good reason to set aside time to devour each Vendor Booth as soon as the site opens! Download all of the free gifts as well. Know that you have at least on year from the date of the expo opening to download your audios.
Oh! Definitely! Cindy Rushton the founder and creator
of this seminar series ran the entire event using dial up for years. If
you want to download a document, simply RIGHT CLICK and choose to save the
document into your computer before opening it. It works beautifully. You
may do the same with audios. Our audios are full-length, so expect for a
typical workshop to take about 45-60 minutes to download on dial-up. Just
pick the ones you want to hear first and get them into your computer.
Then, you can add the others as you have time. Also, you DO have
permission to download using another computer—your husband's work
computer, a friend or family member's computer, or computers at your local
library. Just download and save on an external drive that you can carry
home and connect on your computer. You are free to make this work for you.
11. I don't have a headset/mic. Can I still participate? Any
computer speakers will do. You will not need to talk into a microphone
unless you are one of our speakers! It is not necessary. If you want to
listen while the kids are working nearby, you will want to invest in a set
of headphones. If you prefer, use a cell phone and headset to dial in and
listen on the road. 12. When are audios posted and ready? Our sessions are ALL recorded and posted on our Membership Site. The Membership Site IS NOW OPEN to all OF OUR members. When you purchase your ticket, you
get access to all of our sessions recorded in our preview sessions, live
seminar sessions, and additional free audios. You can also access all of
the free gifts given out throughout each session—we give doorprizes and
let our expo members know about the extra ways to win. We add them into
the Membership Site so it is easy for you to find everything. These are
amazing. We strive to live up to our name--ULTIMATE!! 13. What is the Conference Grab Bag? If you have attended a “live” in person seminar you will remember receiving a conference bag filled to the brim. It is on of my favorite memories to grab an ice-tea at the end of the day and dig into my conference bag. I love looking over the new products, reading all about them, and getting all of the extra goodies, like magazines and samples. We could not think of planning an

But all are completely appropriate for any age. In fact, remember those old radio shows with the entire family gathered around? Well, we are just bringing that concept into 2011! Gather around the computer and listen to topics that will inspire and bless the entire family! Occasionally we have a moms-only session. If there
are sessions that are labeled “Moms-Only” you will know they are for
adults only and deal with sensitive issues that relate to parenting or
other topics. 15. How long do sessions last? Our sessions are an average about 45 minutes with time after each for Q & A so the entire presentation is about one hour. We allow time for questions to be answered in detail. We do not want anyone to leave our expo without being heard. If we go off the air, know that your questions are still be answered and the audio is still being recorded. You will hear the audio in it’s entirety if you are called into the line. Those listening on their computers will be cut off after one hour. All of our audios are also tagged so they detail what
is included in case you use our RSS Feed. If you look for the audio on our
website, we list the details about the audio with each download. 16. Do I have to be live for doorprizes? Yes, most of our doorprizes are only available at the live presentations. Occasionally a speaker will give everyone a special coupon offer or free eBook product. If so, those are placed in the membership website. Door prizes consist of printed books, eBooks, audio products, or even gift certificates or coupon discounts. We plan lots of fun contests so everyone gets a
chance to win. Many times we have repeat winners. Why? Because they attend
many of our sessions. Those are extra prizes above and beyond what we have
