Our Ultimate Homeschool Expo would not be complete without a wonderful line-up of vendors! We definitely want for you to be a part of our expo this year! This is your opportunity to show what YOU have to offer!
- Bless our attendees with your virtual goodies!
- Make lots of new friends !
This is what sets our Ultimate Homeschool Expo apart from the traditional Homeschool Convention! We offer booth spaces for our event to wonderful vendors but, they go beyond just showcasing your business, they help you to develop personal relationships with new friends! Your UHSE booth is an extension of what you have to offer online . You can create your own Virtual Booth. All you do is pay your booth fee, set up a private page for our members (filled with a “sweet” sampling of your goodies–ebooks, audios, articles, special reports, etc), send us your link and we add you to our “Virtual Vendor Hall!” Could it be easier?
- You don’t have to pack up your goodies either!
- You don’t have to travel long distances!
- You don’t have to fill up that gas tank either!
- You don’t have to uproot your family to attend our event!
In fact! You can join us for the entire event week (actually all 10 weeks!!) without your feet hurting! ![]()
And our booths are UNBELIEVABLY reasonable!
Your booth fee for this event is $100 . No limits on the size of THIS booth!
What is included in that booth fee?
- Your own booth space on the Membership Site (this site stays up for our members to access beyond our event!)
- Links into your website from our website here AND our Membership Site for this event. And…did you notice that all of our vendors the last three years are STILL being advertised here on our site–yep! We leave you up for years to come. The bigger we get, the MORE you are advertised!
- Your personal ticket this year’s event! Just another small way that we want to bless you!
- Affiliate with us! Yes! We will pay you a commission of 50% for each referral you send our way. You have to be a vendor, speaker, or attendee to learn about our affiliate program! We want to bless our supporters.
- Complimentary Workshop! This was a big hit the past two years and we are offering this benefit again this year! The attendees will love getting to learn from you AND getting to know your business better via audio. You can either share an inspirational topic, a workshop featuring your products, or we can interview you so you can tell us all about what you have to offer. Last year, our vendors loved the opportunity to share their workshops. Not only that, our attendees LOVE these workshops! You can record ONE complimentary workshop AND get a discount on extra workshops that you want to record. We will schedule your workshop with you and add it to our session audios. Great promotion for YOU and a blessing for our members! We know that you will minister to their hearts and equip them to make this year their very best year ever!
- Access to last year’s UHSE Site for ideas on fun gifts and doorprizes to offer. You will love seeing all of the great resources that our attendees received. It was a blast. Just imagine this year will be even bigger and better!
- A listing of all of your goodies in our Mommy Grab Bag for the event . When you set up your “Virtual Vendor Booth” we will note on our site (in the Mommy Grab Bag) all of the goodies that you are giving. Also, we will link your goodies to your booth space so your “Virtual Vendor Booth” gets even more promotion. Our attendees will be directed to your site to pick it up their goodies on your page. We want traffic flowing from our site to your site.
- Listing in our Sponsor Links for this event. We publish these on this site, on our Membership Site, on all sales letters, and in promos. We put you out there!
- Opportunity to help others get to know you, your products, and your business. Talk about personal service! We bring them directly TO YOU so you can personally get to know them and serve them through your awesome business!
All we will need is the following information:
* A picture of you/your business in action (up to two pictures)
* The following links: your website link(one per booth), your contact email for your business, a link to your product listing or a PDF catalog.
* Any Ebooks that you would like to give attendees as doorprizes or special gifts (specify). Be generous!
* Any Audio Mp3 Downloads that you would like to give attendees as doorprizes or special gifts (specify). Be generous!
* Articles for our attendees (can be on your website–but send us a list so we can link to you on our Membership Site.)
* Topic and dates available for your audio workshop that we record for you! This can be a workshop that encourages our attendees AND/OR promotes your products. We would record this ahead of time-preferably in April or early May so we can edit it and add it to our Membership Site–you can also add the links to your “Virtual Vendor Booth” so our attendees can listen to your workshop while on your site. Just send DATES that work best for you to record your audio. We will set up a time to record it for you. See below if you want to schedule more than one workshop.
* Coupons/special savings for Expo Attendees, we will shamelessly promote you!
We promote you and your company throughout the entire event –10 weeks leading up to the event, throughout the week-long event, and for all of the promos after the event.
